I can’t get enough of sweet baby Madalyn’s adorable smiles! Isn’t she just too cute for words? I had a wonderful time hanging out with 3 month old baby Madalyn and her super sweet mama and grandma on Superbowl Sunday. Instead of cheering for touchdowns, we cheered for smiles

Yes, I do love my job… how could you not after getting to hang out with these little bundles of sweetness for 3 hours? Meet baby Julian – you might remember his gorgeous parents from their maternity session here. Little Julian made his way into the world just a few weeks ago, and I had the honor of photographing him just under 2 weeks old. When I took a peek at Julian’s back yard, I was super excited to see the fruit trees, and knew we had to incorporate them into his session. Here are a few of my favorites from our session. Ok so if you’ve been following my posts, you’ll know that I am not actually posting about ‘ketchup’, but actually playing ‘catch up’ with my 2010 blog posts. I certainly can’t forget these beautiful families, bellies and babes! Happy 2011 everyone! I’ll update this weekend with some newborn love
First off, here is the handsome Briggs – such a sweet guy!
Next up, another little newbie cutie… meet Miss Stella! She has the best ‘big sister’ – a huuuuuge English Mastiff that is full of cuddles… she is going to have so much fun with her when she gets older
Next up, Miss Hayden, who just turned one! Ok, actually she turned on in November, and our session got rained out – darn crazy San Diego weather! Little Hayden’s grandpa contacted me about doing a session for his little girl – he loves her SO much
To finish off this ‘Ketchup’ post, the gorgeous Vanessa, who is expecting her little one verrrry soon! I can’t wait to meet your new little peanut

Ahh don’t you miss that show? Lol.
I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful family a few weeks ago right before the holidays and OMG – these three little girls are seriously the cutest kiddos ever! Seriously – their eyes are amazing, and their smiles make you feel happy. Seeing the three of them interact is magical – there is a bond these girls will have forever and it is so wonderful to see at this age.

I am wayyy behind on blogging, but I couldn’t forget to post baby C’s newborn session from a few weeks ago. I came home to tell my husband about baby C’s nursery – it was decorated in Dallas Cowboys stuff – the same decor Tyler wants if we ever have a baby boy (no, not anytime soon, lol). Anyways, we took over grandma’s bedroom for a few hours trying to find the best light since it was so gloomy and overcast that day. We managed and got some great shots! Isn’t he cute?

L’s family and I met a few weeks ago for an extended family session. I love extended family sessions because everyone’s personality is so different, and it’s so much fun to see how everyone interacts – it’s always a fun atmosphere! L’s boys are too cute, and I loved seeing ‘love’ throughout the generations… L’s parents, now grandparents, L’s brother newly married, and L, with a beautiful family of her own. We had a great time – thanks M family!

Eek, this session with the B family was done over a month ago and I am just now getting around to blogging it… don’t worry, the family has their beautiful prints already It’s been a busy month to say the least!
Mama A contacted me about doing a family session before her four boys went off their own ways for college and work, so we were able to find a day that worked for all of their busy schedules and we headed over to one of their favorite family locations in San Diego – Petco Park. I love shooting downtown so I was excited to do an urban session. It was so much fun photographing the B family - I know Mama A is so proud of those 4 boys! Thanks so much for sharing this day with me, B family!
