It was so much fun to meet all of these cute kiddos last week at PlayTown Indoor Playground in El Cajon. Seriously, everyone was so incredibly super duper awesomely dressed and did so great! Thank you, PlayTown for hosting my Easter mini sessions this year, and thank you to all of these kiddos’ parents for bringing them out to see me! Wishing you all a great week and happy Easter!
Ohhh Baby Troy is 6 months! The last time you saw this cutie pie, he was just a few days old. You can see his newborn session from this summer here and mom and dad’s gorgeous maternity session here.
It was so much fun seeing this little guy again – such a handsome guy, with lots of personality! Lock up your daughters, mamas, because little Troy is going to be quite the hunky boy! 
So, I hadn’t photographed at this location in a couple of months, so I didn’t realize how early they closed their gates. We were just getting into putting Troy in a couple of baskets and props when we heard the park ranger over the loudspeaker ‘We are closing the gates in 5 minutes!’ Yikes!! We rushed to get a few shots and luckily, I knew of a 2nd location nearby where we were able to finish up. Note to self: check park hours! Thank goodness for the ‘spring forward’ last weekend – gates are open later now, phew!

Little guy Will was so much fun to run around and chase – as most mobile one year olds, his environment is exciting, and he needs to explore it all! We had a great time shooting Will and his beautiful family a few weeks ago. Will had recently turned one, so of course we did a cake smash to celebrate! Meet sweet Caroline – isn’t she adorable? I had a great time photographing this little sweetie a few weeks ago. When I arrived at her house, mom was so excited to show me all of the cute pink accessories she had picked out for little Caroline’s session. How adorable is that tutu! Just a quick pre-Thanksgiving post to show off these absolute cuties. These twins were 5 weeks old and were such a dream. I cannot wait to show you the rest of our shots. Happy Thanksgiving everyone
My neighbor L was so excited to have her nana come and visit. Nana is 92 years young, and L wanted to get a few generation shots before her return back home. Nana is amazing!!! I hope I am as beautiful, strong and active as her when I grow up! Anyways, we headed to my new favorite location – don’t you just love that backlighting!? Have a great weekend everyone!

Meet little dude N. He’s a barrel of smiles, seriously! I am pretty sure he didn’t fuss the entire evening, which is rare for a one year old! Having just celebrated his first birthday, his beautiful mama wanted to plan a cake smash session as well as some portraits of her little guy. N had no problem digging into his birthday cake, smearing it all over himself, and then giving mommy and daddy some great big cake hugs. Clothing may or may not have been caked during this session, lol. It was all worth it – we had a blast and got some great shots to celebrate N’s first year of life. Happy (late) birthday little guy!

I was so excited to be able to photograph my friend K and her beautiful family a few weeks ago. K and I met years ago here in SD but she moved to Los Angeles a few years back, and well, life happens… new jobs, kids, and time goes so quickly, that I had not had a chance to meet her sweet daughter S yet! I was so lucky to have been able to not only meet her but photograph her one year old cake smash! Wohoo! Happy 1st Birthday, S girl!!
