I am so excited to announce that our STUDIO will be opening next week! I am thrilled to be able to photograph my sweet new babies and kiddos in our new space, located in the gorgeous Bird Rock area of La Jolla. The studio boasts amazing natural light, and now all newborn and baby clients will have access to all of my props, blankets and everything else during our sessions. I can’t wait to move in next week and start capturing your little ones!

Meet Angelina – San Diego’s happiest, smiliest and most fashion forward one year old girl. We had so much fun during her one year old session. The weather was so gloomy, but Angelina’s smile sure did light up the sky. With the weather being so gloomy, it got darker much earlier than I had hoped, so it was a mad dash to get Angelina changed into all of her cute outfits. You should have seen our shooting space – clothes, props and stuff just tossed all around covering the grass… too funny! I love photographing babies for their one year session – the cake smash is always a ton of fun. Isn’t her cake so cute? Mommy had to help peel away the fondant layer -so beautiful, but hard to dig into with one year old fingers.

Meet Oliver – smiley little dude! I met up with Oliver and his parents a few weeks ago for his 6 month photo session at one of my favorite locations. It turns out that they were doing a little work to the area, so we had a bit of ‘hiking’ and jumping over trenches to get to our spots – don’t worry, everyone was safely moved over the deep trench, and it should be filled back up by now for future session, lol. Anyways, Oliver gave us a great amount of smiles and giggly faces. Thank you, W family for a great time! I hope to see Oliver for his first birthday session in 6 more months!

I met Miss Stella 6 months ago when she was just a few days old for her newborn session. I was so excited when her mommy contacted me for a 6 month session, because I just love to watch ‘my’ babies grow up. Can I just tell you what a happy baby Stella is! Such a smiley girl, and in love with her fur-sister Molly (yes, she’s ginormous but the biggest and sweetest lap-dog you’ll find!) It was so fun to hang out with Stella and her family. I can’t wait to see her again in a few months for some cake smashing… maybe we’ll let Molly help out too
This one cracks me up so much, like Stella is realizing for the first time how large her doggie is!

Meet Miss Reese and her amazing smiles! She was such a happy little one – I am pretty sure every single shot we got was of her smiling. In a box? Smile! In a highchair? Smile! In a crate? Smile! In a chair? Ok well you get the point. We had a great time documenting Reese as an adorable 8 month old. I am sure Reese’s parents are excited to celebrate her first birthday in just a short time… it all goes so quickly, so I am so happy to have been able to capture her sweetness. Thank you, B-R family for a great time with your little one!

I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Charlotte a few weeks ago – check out those cheekies – so squeezable Charlotte just turned 4 months old and her parents wanted to get some shots of her before she gets any bigger… babies grow so fast that first year! We had a great time, and I even sneaked in a quick shot of her pooch -the CUTEST bulldog ever! Puppy sat near us to watch over baby sister and snored the entire time – so cute. Well, ok – Eva was technically 14 months when we held our session, but holy moly was she adorable! We founds some great spots in her own back yard to shoot, and lighting was great. I really love that warm sunset light! We had a great time having sweet Eva pose in her adorable outfits and fun props. ?I was able to make lemonate for two weeks with all of those left over lemons! ??We were all set to do a cake smash in my vintage high chair but Eva decided cake was not awesome and was rather bored with our request, lol! You may remember little Sydney from her 3 month session last fall. Well, I was so excited to be able to photograph her again just a few weeks ago. She is getting so big
and have you checked out that adorable happy smile of hers? She is full of giggly cuteness! Our session was during our unpredictable crazy San Diego weather, and today that day was pretty overcast but Miss Sydney was totally cool with us getting her in a diaper cover for a few shots – not a single complaint! It was such a pleasure to photograph sweet Sydney – thank you, B family!

Ohhh Baby Troy is 6 months! The last time you saw this cutie pie, he was just a few days old. You can see his newborn session from this summer here and mom and dad’s gorgeous maternity session here.
It was so much fun seeing this little guy again – such a handsome guy, with lots of personality! Lock up your daughters, mamas, because little Troy is going to be quite the hunky boy! So, I hadn’t photographed at this location in a couple of months, so I didn’t realize how early they closed their gates. We were just getting into putting Troy in a couple of baskets and props when we heard the park ranger over the loudspeaker ‘We are closing the gates in 5 minutes!’ Yikes!! We rushed to get a few shots and luckily, I knew of a 2nd location nearby where we were able to finish up. Note to self: check park hours! Thank goodness for the ‘spring forward’ last weekend – gates are open later now, phew!
