I can’t get enough of sweet baby Madalyn’s adorable smiles! Isn’t she just too cute for words? I had a wonderful time hanging out with 3 month old baby Madalyn and her super sweet mama and grandma on Superbowl Sunday. Instead of cheering for touchdowns, we cheered for smiles

I photographed sweet baby Jonathan a few weeks ago at just about two weeks old. He was such a cutie, and a big boy! Don’t you love the baby chub? His parents just moved here to San Diego just in time to welcome their little guy to the world. I had a wonderful time hanging out with his mom and dad, and photographing sweet Jonathan! It was so much fun meeting this happy and FUN family of five! We are so lucky to be able to shoot at the beach while other parts of the country are covered in cold snow. I love San Diego! Anyways, these kiddos were just getting over being sick – pneumonia is never fun, especially for the kids! They did great and we had a great time running around the beach and being silly. Yes, I do love my job… how could you not after getting to hang out with these little bundles of sweetness for 3 hours? Meet baby Julian – you might remember his gorgeous parents from their maternity session here. Little Julian made his way into the world just a few weeks ago, and I had the honor of photographing him just under 2 weeks old. When I took a peek at Julian’s back yard, I was super excited to see the fruit trees, and knew we had to incorporate them into his session. Here are a few of my favorites from our session. Meet sweet Caroline – isn’t she adorable? I had a great time photographing this little sweetie a few weeks ago. When I arrived at her house, mom was so excited to show me all of the cute pink accessories she had picked out for little Caroline’s session. How adorable is that tutu! It’s not fair that this mama looks so gorgeous preggo! Lol, isn’t she beautiful? This sweet couple are expecting their first baby in just a few weeks – a girl! We had a great day in La Jolla, enjoying the sun and some yummy ice cream (I didn’t make her eat the pickles) before heading down to the cove for some shots on the beach. We had fun watching the seals chit chat or bark at each other – what a life, you get to hang out on a rock all day and be lazy, then just bark orders to your friends, lol. Anyways, here are a few from our session. I can’t wait to photograph their little one once she arrives!
Wohoo, I had a wonderful time photographing all of these little cuties this week at Play Town in El Cajon for our Valentines Mini Sessions.
It was kinda fun to whip out my studio lighting after almost two years… it did take me some time to dig my big ol’ Alien Bee (studio light) out of my garage and make sure all of my cords were still working properly – I am so used to photographing in natural light that I never use my light anymore, but knowing that I would be shooting in a room with no windows, the ‘Bee’ was a must!
